does this happen to anyone else?
I love to wear nail polish and I NEED to use hand lotion cuz my skin gets so dry in the winter. but whenever i use lotion it messes up the finish of my nail polish and makes it look all smudged. I thought it was b/c I was using old polish, but last night I used a brand new bottle, waited a few hours, put on my hand cream and went to sleep...now this morning my nails are all smudged! ![]()
I know it's a silly question, but I was just wondering if this happens to anyone else. And if it doesn't, could you please share what lotion you use - I'm thinking maybe an ingredient in the lotions I use must be causing it.
