Mine has a few times ... he's barely awake when he leaves the house in the morning, and forgets to put it on
I'm not really upset or anything, I just wish he would remember to put it on ...
Did any of you sometimes forget to put your engagement ring on in the beginning? I think I *almost* left the house without it once, but I realized it before I drove away so I went back to get it.

My DH works in construction so he NEVER wears his ring to work. He could lose his finger if he gets it caught on the machinery he uses.
If he goes out after work, no ring. The only time he wears it is if we go out on a weekend and I remind him. He's not a jewelry guy at all so he forgets ALL THE TIME.
It doesn't bother me at all, I just wish I didn't buy him a ring he hardly ever wears. Waste of money.
Holly, same here with the construction thing, same thing with dh forgetting to put it on on the weekends but for me it does bother me a lot. I understand he's not a jewelry guy but damn! he wants me to remind him all the time! I'm like come on you need to remember to wear it!! arghhhhh

mine leaves his on 24-7.. same with me. when we first got engaged, i didnt want to 'dirty' the ring in the shower, etc... and definitely left it at home a few times!! after that, i realized that it's better to have a dirty diamond ON, than a clean diamond at home
