Dream E-ring!!

If you could choose your own E-ring(or did and would choose something different) what would you get?

DH hit it right on the nose with my E-ring... it was exactly what i wanted! and he had no idea!!
i loveeeee it , and would not want anything different!

I had actually cut a picture of a ring out of a catalogue and put it aside. After DH got me my ring, I showed him the picture. It was the EXACT ring.

I love my ring because he TRIED so hard! he knew I liked antique jelwery so he tried to get a style similar to what i liked from our jeweler. The jewler didnt quite hit it on the head but my Dh TRIED and I love him for it.

I really dont like my bands at all because they were made to match but the jelwer decided to use larger stones and Dh said sure; but the larger stones make the twin bands look bulky rather then delicate like I wanted. So I don't like my ring at all...but I will never tell Hh that!

In ten years I am hoping when we reknew our vows, that i can get my dream ring. I actually really like Kath's set-HamptonsBride. Its more like what i wanted though i probably would have done a round stone.





My rings were SUPPOSED to look like this..but with two bands.


But the jewler messed up-squared them instead . I wanted to amke a big deal but it was a few weeks before the weding and DH was taking it personally rather than fighting for me-he's one of those guys that doesn't like to rock the waters- so I got what I have instead.

i love mine, it is certainly my dream e-ring. I tried it on at a jewlery store a few years ago when we were in Paris and jokingly said wow imagine if this was my e-ring....i was literally SHOCKED when thats what he proposed to me with!

DH and I went shopping together and we had 3 we really liked. He liked the biggest and most expensive of the three, and I liked the ring that is now my ering! The second choice was a combination of the other two.
The day he proposed, as I opened the box, I prayed it was the one I liked the best, even though they were all so stunning!!!!
And I got the one I wanted! I would say my ering is my dream ering!!

Mine is certainly my dream too! DH first picked out the stone and then designed the setting for it to sit in. The only thing I had told him was that I def wanted a marquis. I love that he put so much effort into the ring and it is exactly what I wanted!

mine is PERFECT!!!!!!!! I wouldn't change a single thing! I love it!

i am so in love with my ring it's not even funny!! almost 2years before we even got engaged DH & i were at a jewelry store getting something for a family member...i saw this ring that i absolutely LOVED and was like 'OMG that is my dream ring!!' so DH(just my boyfriend at the time) was like 'so try it on' & i was like 'really?' so i did...hand shaking and all lol. anyways, a year and 1/2 go by & when DH popped the question it was almost the exact same ring! DH told me that he had gone back to the jewelry store later that day and had all the specs on it written down....AND KEPT IT FOR A YEAR AND A 1/2!!!! He brought the specs to a custom jeweler and had it made ....only he made the band and sidestones a little thincker & the center stone bigger so needless to say - YES..i absolutely love my rings

We went through 2 rings

The first was too flashy, so we took out the middle diamond and made it into my wedding ring.

He proposed to me twice, adn teh second time I really love my simple ring.

Mine was my dream ring! I was always obsessed with Tacori and their select vintage line but I never thought DH would actually buy one! Anyways, 5 years ago I found a picture of 'my dream ring' made by Tacori and I had it tucked aways into a memory/wishing box I had. I had no idea but my DH remembered that, took the picture out of the box while I was at work (he later appologized and felt really bad for going through the box...Like I cared after I got the ring) and he scanned the picture to take with him to jewelrs.

It literally took him months he said to track down the ring because there were no ID numbers on the photo and since it was a vintage piece it wasn't very popular. WHen he finally found it he actually had a hard time getting it because Tacori would only make a specific number of them and they weren't sure if they would cut another ring!

They did and the ring came the NIGHT BEFORE DH proposed on our 7th year anniversary. He thought he was going to have a stroke.....

But anyways, I'm rambling now ...but as you can see I LOVE MY RING......... I still look at it and can't believe its real!

I never really looked to much into them, and then Dh had one. I'm not a huge person on rings, so I knew nothing!! But I My ring. I think i would have loved it no matter what it looked like, it just mattered that he picked it out. He was so set on the heart diamond, and I was a little nervous to see it, but I love it soooo much!!!

i was in love with my grandmother's engagement ring my entire life and never thought i could find a ring that could compare even the slightest bit. DH and i did go looking a few times, but i didn't really like many rings, but since i also didn't think he was planning on proposing for a few more years, i didn't care all that much anyway. when he proposed, first, i was just in so much shock that i didn't even look at the ring. he put it on my finger and i'm crying and my mom said 'you do know who's ring that is right?'. i looked down again and realized it was my grandmother's ring. when DH asked my parents for permission to marry me, my mom offered him the ring and he gladly took it, knowing how much my grandmother meant to me. they had it resized and cleaned and now it's mine. i'll never take it off
