Dream Vacation

I know we did this one a while back, but I figured there have been a lot of new faces added since the last time this was posted.

What is your dream vacation?

LOL, i keep telling DH that once he gets his Phd and we want to move back east, we have to do this vacation first, before we find jobs:

First, we're going to drive up the west coast, all the way to seattle. then drive through wyoming, montana, etc. then drive to mt. rushmore. then drive through the plains, through the south, down to new orleans. then through florida and back up the east coast to my parents house in NY. we'll leave our moving van in NY at my parents house and then fly to europe and backpack for at least 3 months. then fly back to NY and finally move our sh!t to our new place in boston. (which is where we eventually want to move)

i think it sounds fab!!

I want to go to so many places, South Africa and the Seychelles, egypt, india, and thailand. Just want to experiance other cultures.

S. Africa is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! I went there for 10 days and had the WORST experience of my life!! I'd love to go back under different circumstances!

FIJI.......I REALLY wanted that to be our honeymoon, but, finances just wouldn't allow it. But I'm determined to get there someday!!!!

S. Africa is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! I went there for 10 days and had the WORST experience of my life!! I'd love to go back under different circumstances!

Ive heard its gorgoues! Im sorry you had a bad experiance, seems like everyone i speak to who has been to africa has a 'horror' story to tell lol...our friend who went told us a monkey was sitting on his shoulder during dinner at a resturant in S.Africa, then this little monkey started playing with his ear and then decided to take a nice chunk out of it, like mike tyson style Everytime he tells that story no matter how many times he tells us, i cant help but laugh lol, they took pictures of the monkey too!

Oh my Milana, that sounds horrible but I can't stop myself from laughing. I'm sorry he had a bad experience but its a great and funny story to tell.

I have always wanted to go to Hawaii but I am afraid to fly Hopefully someday I will get there

my dream vacation is MONTHS long
We want to drive through all of europe without any destination... find a hotel on the spot day by day, sleep in the car, just go where the day takes us.
Kinda scary but we'd love it

I would love to do something like this too!! Explore all of Europe! I would also like to go visit some other places like Australia & Brazil!

I can’t decide on 1 place. I want to go everywhere. Fiji, New Zealand, Italy, Switzerland, Austria and some exotic countries like Thailand, Egypt. Oddly enough I also want to go to Iceland.
