Dress

Ok ladies how many of you have wanted to put your gown back on?
The big question is how many of you actually have?
I havent but, I really would love to but, its a corset so it'll be alittle hard.

I haven't yet and probably couldn't now, but I do think about it!

LOL I want to wear it all the time but I have the same problem. If it wasn't for the corset I would be like Allegra in her TWOTY video wearing it to cook and clean.

My friend who's getting married in October put mine on last weekend! It was so much fun to tie her into it (we are like exactly the same size, which is always so weird to us!) -- she said it's the first dress she tried on.

We have an appointment at David's Bridal for a week from Saturday -- it's gonna be FUNNNNNNN!!!!

I never went dress shopping so I'm glad I get to do it with someone else. I got my dress from a woman in Brooklyn on CL 9 days after DH and I got engaged. It was a spontaneous purchase that I've always had second thoughts about, but in the end am very happy with. $150 for a Mori Lee gown that was $800+... it was a tiny bit outdated, but the funniest thing is that even today every time I see a gown with similar beading and patterns, I comment on how I love it. So I think I made the right decision.

Man, I have diarrhea of the mouth tonight... oops...

Too funny, because I just have mine hanging in my closet and I looked at it today and was thinking about just putting it on. The wedding was only last week and I still want to just walk around in my dress

Mine has a MILLION buttons on the back so I'd need assistance but I'd love to and it might be snug but I think it still fits...I've only gained like 4-5 lbs since the wedding...

That's too funny.....LOVE IT

And I would love to put mine on but I had it cleaned and preserved already. After the HM I would hold it up to myself and stand in front of the mirror at my parents with my headpiece on,

Have you all read my mind???...LOL

I would love to wear my dress again..but I'm not sure if I can fit in it..maybe I can or maybe I don't want to know!..LOL

I can't get it on alone! It's a Corset! I need someone to tie it up!

I remember the night of the wedding I asked DH to help me out of the dress..he looked puzzled and turned to me and said ' Does this thing come with Instructions?'

Re: Dress

I would love to, but I'm afraid it got destroyed I need to dry clean it badly, the bottom got all disgusting by the end of the night because of the weather and the floors must have been wet/dirty, plus going outside at the end of the night to our town car it got all dirty. I would feel awful if cleaning it wouldn't get it off. I might be interested in day after pics so I'd be more surprised if I don't wear it again. Even DH might be in to it because he knows how sad I am that we don't have any outdoor pics at the church and RH due to the weather.
