Are there any down sides to getting your dress preserved or cleaned? I guess I am a little parnoid that my dress will somehow get worn or damaged if i have it done?
Also,, how much does it cost?

I got my dress cleaned and preserved in a box for $170 (incl. display box). If you are interested in the cleaners I worked with, FM me. They were able to get tough grass stains and dirt off from my gown. And my dress was displayed in a box that has a front clear view panel for an extra- $20

that seems like a good price! I haven't priced any places out yet, but I do eventually want to get that done and in the box you can see through.
