I had my dress cleaned & preserved at Maurice's Cleaners in Manhasset. It cost about $550.
I just went to a local cleaners and preserving it was $175 bucks...
My dad dropped my dresses off at a place in Wantagh on Merrick Rd. I'm not sure of the cost. I have to go pick them up yet but only one dress is finished. I'll find out the name. My seamstress recommend them. They make you come and check the dresses out before they box them up. I really like that because when my mother's dress was preserved, there was still cake etc. on the veil when she opened it several years later. Oh and I forgot, they cleaned the coat and cathedral veil for my dress prior to me wearing it and did an excellent job. Stain free and there were stains from 34 years ago.
