A lot of parents are upset about this video saying that the dad was making fun of the kid, but i don't think he is. I happen to think the video is adorable.
I saw this on DListed last night and I thought it was funny... the kid had oral surgery! how else would he be acting???

This is horrible...
There was one a few years ago where teens were babysitting a toddler and decided the toddler should smoke weed with them... awful.. just awful!

That is mean. But the kid HAD to go to the dentist. It's not like the dad drugged him

or the one where the kids launched the infant off a pillow and he landed on the floor a few feet away - that one made me almost physically sick.

I know, I just feel bad for the little boy. He probably didn't understand what was going on. I don't think his dad should have put the video on youtube, but thats just my opinion...

OMG How funny!!! What is so wrong with this. The kid was put under its not like his dad did this to him. But I dont think I will ever want my kid to feel like that! That cannot be good for the brain of a child!

i didnt see the video but i heard it on the radio - it sounded cute - not mean.....i WISH DH would have taped me after my wisdom tooth surgery i was probably hysterical - i woke up hysterical crying and then i fell and couldn't stand up or walk but i dont remember ANY of it - not even the car ride home hahaha

i know the dad didn't get him high or anything and he wasn't saying anything inappropriate but the kid is clearly very out of it and confused by it and the issue is the dad is there with a video camera and posts it for the world to see. the kid may not like that when he's older, who knows. i guess im just thinking, how bout just comforting your confused kid and leave it at that? i felt bad for the little boy. and i guess its just based off of my own experience/preference.... i hate feeling out of it.
plus, it seems like that was kind of a real heavy reaction to meds but maybe im wrong. this would make me cautious of what the dentist gives my (future) kids. he is reaaaal high. i dont like to see kids like that.

i wish I had taken video of my cat when she was high like that. He reminded me of my cat. That is really bad!
