ok so my dryer is spinning the clothes in air but not hot air. it is the first time ive used it and i called my mom but even she couldnt help. there are two cycles, medium heat which is timed and then optimum dry. but neither is producing heat and my clothes arent drying. please help!! tia
is the dryer new? I had one do that after about a year & we called the manufacturer and they sent a repairman.
it is new...was here at the house when we moved in. doubt its ever been used. i am very inexperienced with this stuff and DH isnt here...what is the 220v and were can i find it???? thank u
