OK let me try to remember..

When we had our design appointment and handed in all our proofs, Nicole emailed us the layout about 1 month after for approval. We made a few minor changes and from that point when they submitted it to the printer it was maybe an additional 4 weeks? So I'd say from the time of the initial appointment until the final product it was a little over 2 months

Same for video - we got it back in a little over 2 months. But that is because we had all our music and baby pics/etc ready at the same time of that design session, so we did everything in one shot

I'm still waiting to see proofs missy!!
