How long did u wait until it was up?
According to Sue they are backed up.
I signed up for it 2wks ago.

I got mine in 1.5 weeks.
Before she said in 3 days.
but since they were very busy then i gotta wait for couple days more.

Mine were done a week after I requested it - but they told me it wasnt ready yet - i just happned to go online and check and they were there.

Go on to the website and see if they are up. The login is your first name and the password is your husband's - all lower case.

How long did it take to get your actual proofs? I called Sue and she said 5-6 weeks from my wedding date which was 6/2/06. Did it take this long for all of you who used Duet?? Thanks

My wedding was 5/28 and I haven't heard from them yet. I am so anxious! I want to see them!!

They told me the day of the wedding it would be 6 weeks. This coming Sunday will be 5 weeks - so I'm hoping really soon!

I just called them, they said they charge a $20 registration fee and the proofs will be emailed in 10 days.

You should call to get the status on your order.

I got an email today telling me that are really backed up and they wont have that available for me for another two wks. I had paid for it 2 wks ago already.

I just picked up my proofs yesterday. DH picked up and forgot to sign up for the online proofing. So I have to call Sue and sign up....

We got around 1000 proofs....do you know if they give you all the proofs (the ones that weren't printed) online and on the CD????

I picked up my proofs in March. they did not offer the online proofing to me, but then a few weeks later I saw the option on their website,so I emailed sue and requested it.

My pics were up within hours

so basically whatever you get now.. that's what you will see online.

but you will get all of the proofs included that weren't printed online in the end of the job.
