Duet brides/album

I was wondering:

1. You know how they ask for optional pictures...for the background of the pages...do those optional photos count in the total number of proofs allowed? Or is that in addition to the # we are allowed?

2. On the back of the proofs, do we put whether we want it in black /white, color, black and white but with flowers color?

3. Can we tell them to remove something -like a volleyball net???

4. How can we add poems or sheet music to the background of the pages? I remember seeing them in the albums when we booked?

those are good questions, and i don't know the answers! I think for #1 those are included in your total #.

I would call them. I am surprised they didn't email you back, they usually are pretty prompt with that.

I am actually waiting to see my album. My mom was supposed to bring it down to my office today, but my assistant is out sick, so I have to wait til tomorrow. My mom weighed it and said it weighed 11 lbs!!

The background pictures are included in your total. I picked 75 pictures and didn't mark any of them as optional. I told Nicole that I wanted them all to be in the album, and they honored that request without forcing me to add pages. They also added a few background pics that I didn't include in my 75 selections.

As far as adding poems goes, just e-mail the the text you want to add. I sent them quotes from our ceremony readings and some of the lyrics from our wedding song and ceremony music, and told them that they could use as few or as many of them as they wanted depending upon the layout. They ended up putting quotes on five pages.

I've been procrastinating about approving it, b/c I'm not sure if I want to switch the picture that goes in the window on the cover, but I was really happy with with what they did. If you have any questions, feel free to FM me.

I love the idea of quotes too and had the same question.
