I'm coming up on my two year anniversary next month (how carzy is that?!?), and I never picked out my enlargement or got mty CD with all the proofs on it. Does Duet give you a deadline by which you have to have all the parts of the photo process completed?

i think its 1 year! Have you called them? or emailed Sue?
you didnt get the CD? didnt they give it to you when you picked up your proofs? Thats when I got mine

Well, I don't think it can be a year, b/c I didn't finish my album until well after a year had passed.
When I picked up my album in December, they said I couldn't pick up my CD until I picked out my enlargement, b/c then the job would really be done, and according to Sue, only at that point are they allowed to relaese the CD. Yet, it seems like every other bride got the CD right away. Maybe that's my punishment for procrastinating on my photo choices..lol.
The only deadline I was ever given was with regards to the video-- and I definitely adhered to that. I'm going to e-mail her tomorrow with my enlargement choice and see what happens...
Just wanted to give you guys an update. I e-mailed Sue, and she said it was not a problem to order my enlargements at this point. She was really great about the whole thing-- no drama or hassles. Duet customer service rocks!
I am not suggesting that anyone should procrastinate on this as much as I have, but it's nice to know that you have a little wiggle room. So, have no fear, you can take your time with everything but the video.
