When you were notified that your proofs were ready, did you go the the studio ? I thought they give you a online gallery? Did they print 500 random photos for you when you went to the studio? Just wondering what to expect !! TIA !!

they sent me a text message when the proofs were ready. we went to the studio to pick it up....they give a box with 500 printed out proofs that have been edited. Then they give you 2 discs....one has those 500 edited pics. the other has the rest of the photos they took but arent edited. all together i got like 2200 pics on the discs

same here..the 500 they edit and give u the prints off is what they consider the best 500

we got a text message, and when we went we were just given 2 cds of images, one with edited images, one with all the shots from the wedding, close to 2k

I thought we had gotten an online gallery as well but when I looked back at my contract it wasn't there. We went into the studio and they give you a box of 500 (they gave us about 600) edited prints as well as a disc with all the pictures unedited and the pictures they printed (edited). HTH!
ETA: We had about 3500 pics on discs. They had a 3rd photog with them I guess an assistant and he took some great shots!

Honestly, yes, we probably will! There's a few shots that I was really looking for that I didn't see in the printed proofs. The unedited versions look equally amazing and in some cases I actually prefer the unedited shots to the edited ones! You're gonna be floored by their work! I know I was!
After picking up the proofs my mom and I sat in her car with no AC in 90 degree weather and went through all 600 prints and cried like little babies.
