Duet just contacted us...UPDATE

There's going to be a show on Lifetime TV called 'Get Married.' Duet is going to be showcased as a vendor and Eric asked if they could use our video footage on a segment of the show called 'My Favorite Weddings'. I was so surprised!!! He said they'll make us a clip of it as a 'keepsake.' I don't know how much of us we'll see...but I'm really surprised that they chose us!! He said because they're a NY based vendor and our theme was so unique, he thought it would be a good item to showcase. I'm so excited!

ETA: The show is on Mon-Fri at 7:30am. Not sure when it will air....

UPDATE:
HOLY SHiiiiiiiT!!! I didn't realize how COOL this was gonna be!!!!! Here's clips of the segment, 'My Favorite Wedding.' I'm guessing theyr'e gonna have to contact us to find out some details of our wedding so that they can narrate it. Geez, I don't feel worthy at all!! I just watched an episode of a Tuscan wedding- please, we are not even CLOSE to that kind of class of weddings!

I'm dying over here!

yay!!! thats awesome, tara. you guys should be super flattered. you did have an awesome theme. keep us updated when you know the exact day/time that episode will be on!

That is SOOOOO COOOL, congrats Tara!!! I'm not a big 'theme wedding' kinda girl, but I have to say yours could totally change my mind, I'm not a baseball/Yankees fanatic either, but the EXECUTION of your theme was so brilliant, I'm sure that's why Eric knew it would be great for TV!!!! Update with the date when you know when its airing!!!

Wow Tara that is awesome!! Your theme was so well done you deserve to be showcased.

I don't usually watch tv at 7:30 but I'll set the dvr:

OMG I used to watch that show every morning before work--so cool! It's actually hosted by David Tutera

Ohhh I didn't know it already existed! Cool, I'm gonna check it out- thanks!

I'm sure we'll be on it for all of 15 seconds. I'm really surprised they chose us- the theme is one thing, but I've seen so much footage from other Duet weddings and there are some seriously phenomenal ones out there. I love mine and all but sometimes I get jealous looking at other brides' footage. I don't feel worthy.

that's great!!! congrats!

OMG, Tara! that is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOoo awesome!

how COOL!!!!!!!!
