Duet Proofs?

I am getting antsy and hoping other Duet brides can help with info.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT???
I know the wedding was a month today and it is also peak season for them so it takes 5 weeks for proofs. Is it really that long or will I have to wait longer?

I am now a bride in waiting (for proofs)

I got a phone call from sue yesterday.
She told me that my proofs is ready so I am planning to go there on sat. I am so exciting though then after that I can write my review

So to answer your questions:
1. I got married one week before you , so i guess she ( sue ) will call you sometimes next week.
2. For the video, as I know it will be ready in 6 months ( I think) and I can choose 4 songs.


Also they offer an online proofing for $20. so you can share your pictures with your friends and family within 6 months period.
and at the end of the job when you pick up everything, they will give you the cd of all of your proofs.

I got mine at 4.5 weeks exactly.

I haven't made an appointment with them to do my albums yet, and my thank yous came pretty quick after I finally gave them the picture that I wanted.

It's worth the wait

I got my proofs exactly a month after a wedding. Then after I selected the prrofs to be in the albums, it took 8 weeks to see the first version. After 2 rounds of changes it took another 8 weeks for the albums to come in.

I just picked them up today and they came out great! They did not give me the CD and negatives today because they said I had to call them to tell me everything was ok and then they would send them to me. Once they send you that - the cord is cut and your business with them is done! Kinda annoying, but I have waited this long, so no biggie!

I have seen a lot of people complaining about Duet recently, but I had no problems and they were very timely.
