E-Ring Pics-Round Center stone with pears on each side in platinum

My e-ring has a round center stone, a marquise shaped sapphire on either side, followed by a pear-shaped diamond on either side of that. I love it and wish I had a better pic, but this is the best one I have:

I have a heart shaped diamond, with sapphires & diamonds on the side...

that's the one..I'm going to be working with a jeweler to put that together with my stone. That's just one idea.. but I love it and it's very similar to my current setting but will make the ring more blingy.

No pic, but mine is pear shaped center with sapphire baquettes on the side. I had my ring in platinum, but it warped, the jeweler told me over time this can happen to platinum, so we switched it to white gold. ( The original setting in platinum was my moms so it was about 40 years old, when this happened.)
