It doesn't sound fancy - but it's freakin YUMMY!
4 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons EVOO
Rosemary for sprinkling (fresh or dry)
Salt
peper
Directions:
Combine the vinegar and EVOO on a plate and coat the chicken with it on both sides. Sprinkle with the rosemary, season with salt and pepper and grill for 2-3 min on each side.
I'm tellin ya, it doesn't sound fancy but the flavors together make it delish. I'm making this today b/c I don't really feel like making anything fancy. As my side dish - store bought frozen fries - i'm adding some butter, sweet paprika and garlic to them when they're cooked.
