Even DH was a little freaked out when he first saw her, 'are you sure she's not your's ??? '

You look lovely. Could you tell me why you went with Red instead of white, did that fit in with your theme?? Everything looked lovely. Where did the boat go?? How did you decide on a boat.

Hi, thanks for all the sweet comments....

Why did I choose the red dress, several reasons actually:

*I'm not exactly traditional
*Red and lavendar are my favorite colors and I look better in red
*I wanted a 'dramatic entrance'
*I feel in love with the red dress from Gone with the Wind-- a negative scene in the movie-- humm well they are all pretty negative scenes, but I LOVED the response from the crowd when she walked in in that RED dress!!!
*White makes me look VERY washed out...
*It was the way I imagined my wedding dress since junior high and DH was very supportive of it
*Red is one of my POWER colors

Why did we choose the boat.
*Off season prices were GREAT
*it held the right number of guests
*The people at the cruise line were very helpful for an out of state bride
*DH proposed while flying so getting married on the boat seemed really neat (we have decided to take a train trip when we try to conceive....
*It was a very pretty boat and went with the Victorian type theme...

We LOVED our wedding and had so much fun!!!
