Just curious how long it took you to get your edited video back after you dropped off the hm pics/baby pics, etc. ........

Oops, I voted for 5 months... but it's 5 months from the wedding day. We didn't get our video yet, but I just called my photographer and he said we should have it this week. (yay!)
We dropped off our pictures 2 months after the wedding, so my vote should have been 3 MONTHS!!!

We are having a harder time getting all the stuff in. We have an unedited video, like you Cindy, and because we have a bit of a say as to how it is edited, it is taking us much longer to get it together. I think the one thing we have going against us is that I have a degree in TV and Film Production and there are ways I want things done. Also, the thought of someone else thinking they know what I want to remember from that day does not sit well with me.

I know how you feel. I LOVE playing around w/ stuff like that (did awesome photo montage for e-party & another one for my niece when she was born & for our RD)...no degree, but tend to be a perfectionist. I must have watched the video 10x while stopping & rewinding & replaying to decide what I wanted cut/edited, etc. I was over specific...Lynn & Chuck were laughing.
Yet I'd rather be this way, then like you said, let them determine what is/isn't important. I know it'll be worth the wait!
