'The Egyptian government began slaughtering pigs today as a preventative measure to stop the spread of the swine flu, reports the AP. Over 300,000 pigs will be killed immediately despite no reported cases of the pandemic in the country.'
It is humans now who are spreading the swine flu! Are they going to start slaughtering egyptian people next?

First off what a waste of 300,00 animals. I am not vegetarian or Vegan.. but there are people STARVING around the world.. and you are wasting these animals

well see, Egypt considers pigs to be below filth because its haram (not kosher for a loose translation).. so put together swine (pig) and airborne disease, i am not suprised..
