Extra Buttons

I've been cleaning out my dresser drawers, and I have not idea what to do with all the extra buttons I have!! I must have 100, each in a little baggie. What do you do with them??? I have no idea how old some of them are, and if I even still have the shirts and pants that they go with. I don't really sew, I don't have a sewing machine, so it's not like I have a sewing box to throw them in or anything. The only thing I do sew is quilts, but I don't use buttons on them.

I'm definitely not a junk collector, but for some reason I feel like there might be a day when I might be looking for the 'right' button and so maybe I should keep them?? LOL, I know I sound crazy!!

I can totally relate ... I keep my buttons in a mug on my desk. I don't have as many as you, but save them for that 'just in case' emergency!!!!

I have them in an old jar....I feel (especially with DH) that even if its not the exact button...eventually I will have a button for anything that needs it

I have mine in a little bag. I would keep them, you never know when you might need them.

I have a lot too. You can hot glue gun them to a plain picture frame to spice it up a little.

LOL - I had mine in a coffee mug - I must have collected 5 year's worth, and just recently tossed them in the trash
