i know that everyone has had that annoying eye twitching before.... i've been having this on and off since last night... its never lasted this long before... has anyone ever had an eye twitch last for this long?!
i know they say its caused by stress/lack of sleep... anyone know anything else that could be wrong?

I have that sometimes - but it's usually a one time thing and it goes away. Hope it goes away soon!

I get it and it is SO annoying!!! The longest it has ever lasted me was a couple of weeks!! I wanted to rip my eyeball out

Nah, I just dealt with it. I had asked my eye doc about it other times and she said the same thing, that its stress related or whatever and there's really nothing you can do, anyway.

I have had it last a while.
I don't go to the doctor for it. Besides lack of sleep and stress my allergies brings on the twitching and when I strain my eyes too much.
Usually the twitching means there is a migraine coming too!

I got it once for a MONTH! I thought I was going to go crazy. I havent gotten it in years thank god! I did ask the dr about it and they said lack of sleep.

Yup the longest mine lasted was 3 weeks...it was soo annoying!!!

I have had it for only a little bit, DH on the other hand had it for a while (he was going through a lot of stress). He didn't go to the doc, but if it remains consistent and you are not experiencing stress then you should make an appointment just in case.

Sorry to crash but my eye used to twitch a lot too and a friend of mine said that if you cut down caffeine it also helps. I haven't had soda in a long time and I don't really drink coffee or tea and my eye hasn't twitched in months. HTH!!

UGH!! That's soo annoying...it happens to me when I'm under a lot of pressure. I usually just try to rest my eyes and eventually it goes away.

mines was last week....i barely slept last week maybe 4 hours a night. and my eyes kept twitching it is usually because of stress/lack of sleep and being over tired...are you any of those?!!

last week i was SOOOOOO stressed... so is it possible its coming out now in an eye twitch?!?!
the night before last i had a horrible nights sleep... but last night was pretty good
