My mother called me yesterday to say that my Uncle told her that I post too much information on facebook.
I was super annoyed over this because I am an adult & he should have called me if he felt that way. I am also very annoyed because my page is private & I am only friends with people I know in real life.
I am very careful with what I post because I know that when looking for a job people may search for your facebook page. Also because I am facebook friends with my 8 year old nephew so I do not post anything that I wouldn't want him to see.
How would you feel if a family member tattle-tailed on you like this???

Re: facebook
I would ask them to MIND THEIR OWN BUSINESS! You are an adult! Ridiculous. I don't know what's worse, that your uncle tattled on you or that he thinks that he has the authority to control what you have on your Facebook page.
Leave it all as is and explain to him that if he's got a problem with what you have up, he can kindly unfriend you.
That is BALLS.
Ooooh, I am so outraged on your behalf! This is why people of our parents' generation should not have Facebook!

Re: facebook
It's annoying but he probably has your best intentions at heart (unless he's just a trouble maker which is always possible!). Also, depending on age, it's a different generation- a generation wary of technology in general!
I'd block him so he has nothing to complain about.

Re: facebook
I would just tell them both not to worry about what you do & that you are an adult & can mak ethe choices for yourself. But thanks for caring.

Re: facebook
I would tell him to fawk off and then DELETE him asap!
I'm sorry but that is NONE of his business...if you don't delete him I would probably start posting obnoxious things just so he could see it and msg all my friends that its a just a joke.
