Want to get a friend a gift certificate for a spa type place for a facial, maybe pedicure and wondered if anyone had any recommendations? Live in Suffolk, so I would prefer out here...

The Estee Lauder spa in Manhasset - awesome. You walk out feeling like a million bucks. They give you an arm, shoulder and eye massage, put your hands in these warm mits........ahhhhhhhhhh, heaven!!!

Nothing But the Best in Mt. Sinai is great. Went there last year with a bridal party and it was fun

I second Nothing But the Best Day Spa in Mt. Sinai...the place is totally relaxing from the moment you walk in. And all the ladies are so sweet (sometimes you go into these places, and the ladies have such attitudes)...here, it's all about yoU!
