Facial /skin care

I had a facial done... 3 days ago, usually they use Dermalogica products but the spa switched over to G.M collins products.....it was the same woman who did my facial numerous times

the day after the facial and ESPECIALLy today i have tons of little whiteheads on my chin ....this has never happened, i dont have the best skin, but usually its clear with a few breakout here and there...but i have like lil breakouts everywhere
i suffer from extremely oily skin

i dont know what i should do....i cant even look in the mirroR!! ive washed my face a few times...trying to get rid of the surface oil...but they say that will only strip ur skin of its natural oils and ur skin will generate more oil...


do u guys have a whitehead remedy...? i dont wana pop them... cuz i dont want scars/redness... ahh help!

I dont have a remedy, the only thing I can think is maybe a scrub

yea - i would get a good exfoliator. U're right about washing too much & stripping down the skin - dont do it because yes, ur skin WILL produce more oil to make up for the oils lost. I'd try a gentle exfoliator, and if that doesn't work, next time instead of going for a facial try going for a peel. good luck!
