Final meeting with RH

Hello ladies. FH and I have our final meeting with our RH this weekend. It is a little early, but our work schedules are getting crazy.

Aside from tips, menu, linen choices, etc., is there anything else we should discuss?

I was wondering if anyone could remember questions they WISHED they had asked ahead of time...

My husband and I planned this in advance with our bridal party, but I developed a chain of command in case an issue arose (be it food related, vendor related, or a simple question about the timing during the reception). I went through an 'itinerary' of the day with the bridal party at the rehearsal, and told the RH to go directly to the best man, then one of my MoH, then the groom, and then me. I figured, if the buzz got to me, then it was truly something problematic, but thankfully I didn't hear of any issues that day.

I preferred remaining oblivious to the small stuff!

No questions I wished I asked, but DEFINITELY bring a list of every vendor who will be involved at the RH (florist, DJ/band, officiant if applicable, DOC if applicable, etc.)

Make sure they have contact #s for all of these people for the day of. Our hall asked for this so that they could call if they felt they were late or if something wasn't perfect.

Make sure EVERYTHING is in writing as little or big of an issue it is.

Go over time schedule again, just to make sure everyone is on the same page.
