Finally Pictures of my preserved bo-k

As promised

This is what it looked like on my wedding day

This is what it looks like now:

The hypericum berries have darkened so you cannot see them too well in the pix.

I am very pleased with it.

Shamma I love it! That will look great displayed. Did those colors in the flowers stay that bright or did they enhance them??

Thanks ladies, all I need now is for hubby to find a spot in our home for it. It is truly beautiful indeed. I think they hand painted some of the flowers to make them remain that way. It took up to 14 weeks to get done.

It was done by Keepsake Floral

Shamma ... gorgeous! Now I'm totally kicking myself for not knowing about THIS site beforehand. I had my mom ask my florist what to do & he said ... dry it out ... not much else you can do.

My bouquet was preserved as well, and the hypercium berries aged the same way. I love it!

Anna, maybe you ladies can give me some ideas of places to hang it, with all the framed pix from our wedding and engagement etc and art work we hardly have any room for hanging anything else I prefer artwork anyday over furniture tho' I am very much in to space.
