We just came back from our closing, I can't believe it's actually done. The seller is closing on his place on Thursday and will be moving that day, so we won't get the key until then. We have $$ in escrow and he is paying us per day and interest on our mortgage too. We are scheduled to move on Saturday, my due date (6/14 or 6/15)!! Now that the legal stuff is done, the baby has my permission to come out whenever he/she is ready.
