My parents are invited to a wedding at a military club next year in pa. They have to have the guest list approved 10 days before for security measures. Perhaps this is a similar idea?!?

well that's the thing--i don't think it would be a security measure cause how would they know whose fingerprint was on the rsvp for sure? plus i would think they would need someone more official to adminster the fingerprint.

i was thinking maybe it was someoen they were making for the reception---who knows!

i can see the guest list needing approval thing---but the way i remember this girl mentioning the fingerprint--it didn't seem official.

ahhhhh yesss - thank you!! the original thread was just bumped & i read it - HOW WEIRD!!!! i totally want to know now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

maybe they are putting the fingerprints next to the guests name on the seating cards or something.
it's hard enough getting the rsvps back when all the people have to do is drop it in the mail - imagine people getting it returned on time & having their fingerprints in there - good luck bride
