We went to Applebee's after work and then to the movies. It then became our 'Friday thing' after work for weeks. He always picked up the tab.

we went bowling...lol. It was not a date but a 'night out' with friends...everyone that were suppose to show did not except for DH and me. He paid for the tab.
That 'hang out' was what started it all...lol

We went to a restaurant in Wantagh called Town and Park I think - it has since closed and it's now Thom Thom Steak and Sushi. (It was hysterical, he had a tongue ring at the time and it fell out during dinner and he had to run to the bathroom to fix it - I was left sitting there having no idea what happened because he couldn't explain it at the time - he just said 'I'll be right back' but it was mumbled because he had the thing falling out - hysterical.)
He paid. I think I offered, not sure because I kinda feel that would be insulting, on a first date - i may have offered, not sure. Then we went to a bar. No idea who paid there. It was almost 8 years ago!

we met in college..i dont even think we had a first date...i think we would all just hang out at whatever bar or party that was going on...but when we did eventually go see a movie or go out to eat- i think i payed for myself, he was broke then

we were 15 and took the bus to the movies - he paid for the bus AND the movies
11+ years later and i still have never taken out $1 when we are together

DH took me out dinner at a chinese restaurant and then to a movie to see Mummy 2 and dh payed the bill it took a while for him to allow me to take him out and pay for him

We were supposed to go out to dinner and that day was a big blizzard, next day he wanted to hang out since we didnt get to go out to dinner the day before but his car wouldn't make it in the snow, most sedans couldn't. I had a truck at the time and got lucky bc my moms friend asked to borrow my truck and shoveled my car out of the snow. Once she came back i told dh if he wants i'll just drive to astoria. We went out to a lounge for drinks and crepes and hung out there for quite a few hours. He paid for it.

When we dated for the first time, we were in high school. I have no idea where we went, but he paid--he always did since he had a job and insisted...
On our first date when we started dating the second time around 4 years ago(?) we went to this awesome Brew Pub in Madison, WI. I paid, as he just had bought a plane ticket to come out to visit me!

Well we were seniors in HS, DH did not have his license yet. I picked him up and we went to Hollywood Video and rented a movie for free (because I worked there), Mystery Science Theater 3000 the movie, then we went back to my house and watched it (my parents weren't home). and then I drove him home....so really there wasn't any paying to be done

We went to Portofino in Forest Hills for dinner then for a walk in the neighborhood.
He paid, always has since then even though now it's all the same pot

1st date we went to Jones Beach and walked around. He did buy me a drink (it was late evening so we didn't need food).
2nd date was dinner & mini golf. He paid for both.

We went to an islander game for our first date. Then after the game we went to Finley's in Huntington Village for a few drinks. Dh paid for the entire night.
