For all those that want to use wedclean...

I got my dress back today. They did a nice job from what I can see, but I am not going to take it out of the box to inspect it. They said they couldn't get the stains out of the hemline. It was really filthy.

Anyway, they sent me a 10% off coupon for the whole thing to pass on, so let me know if anyone needs it, I will mail it to you.

I got mine cleaned from them too, and they said the same thing about it being too dirty to fully get cleaned on the hem. I am scared to open it up, since I will be upset that I let it sit for 5 months before sending it to them.

I actually have my dress boxed up and ready to be sent to them, but I'm having a hard time finding a Fed Ex place to drop it off. Where did you drop off your box to send it back to them???

When I got my box for me to send to them, they gave me a list of places for me to bring it to. I got it back in about 2 weeks. I am assuming the 1 stain on my dress came out because they didn't send me a note saying they could not get it clean.

I also had mine sent to Wedclean. They said the same thing about the hemline. I got married in 2002 so it was over 2 years sitting. I opened the box and just moved the dress around slightly to see what the hemline looked like. From what I could see it was much better than what it looked like. Rather than black is what a light gray....not too bad!

I got my dress back in about 12 days from when they sent the e-mail that they received it. I would recommend them Highly!

I think dh dropped it off at a fed ex place in e northport. They sent a list- I gave it to him.

i dropped mine off in garden city - not too far from roosevelt field - i think you can go online to fedex.com and see their locations too!

has everyone had a good experience with wedclean? i'm a little nervous sending my dress off in the mail to be cleaned.....not sure why since it's not like i personally know the dry cleaner......
