I loooove me some Vampire Weekend. Kings of Leon are amazing to me. Their earlier albums had a very country, 70's feel them. The newer one is more mainstream but I love it too.

Kings of Leon- Closer

Kings of Leon Use Somebody

I love my 80's new wave... and 80's freestyle....and 80's ballads..come to think of it, I just LOVE MY 80's MUSIC

i have stuff from the 80's, doo-wop, rock, hip-hop, reggae, pop, house music and so on

I LOVE hip hop so have alot of that, love lil wayne now and some TI. DH is a huge jay-z fan but i do have some Jay-z stuff. Oh I LOVE the song Arab money by busta rhymes at the moment, my favorite. I love old skool hip-hop too such as mobb deep, wu-tang, EPMD, biggie, onyx, etc.

I am a HUGE dancehall reggae fan, as a teenager it was probably my favorite and still love it now.

I LOOOVE Janice Joplin she is my favorite so all her stuff. Then alot of other types of rock music, the bad 80's ones lol, Incubus, Deftones, LP, Slipknot, System of a down, GNR and so on

I dont like alot of pop music but do have some songs, i even get s*cked into some of those britney songs and i love dancing to Beyonce songs

love R&B such as alicia keys, Mary J. Blige, Ginuwine, Ne-yo, Usher and many more

House music-mostly older stuff though

Then i have alot of 80's music, all the great bad stuff lol. Also spanish music and i will say the only thing i dont have is country music and freestyle music. I liked freestyle when i was alot younger but now not that crazy about it, some songs i still like but dont really listen to

Kings of Leon Use Somebody

---

I am loving Kings of Leon!! DH always put them on when we drive somewhere together and they started growing on me. I absolutely LOVE the song Sex on Fire!

Something different for ya:
for some mellow tunes..I recently downloaded jazz versions of many rolling stones, guns n roses, bob marley tunes...

Google:
Bossa n stones
bossa n roses
bossa n marley

nice and chill. Marley is my fave.

I love most stuff by kings of leon...especially the song 'milk'& 'charmer', 'knocked up', 'closer' 'use somebody ( live in london)' but I will warn you...the singer's screachy and sometimes rhaspy voice is an aquired taste.

most stuff by the rapture: try: 'out of the races and onto the tracks', ' sister savior', 'olio' & 'house of the jealous lovers'

I love belting out carly simon's 'nobody does it better' when I'm driving

Frank sinatra's 'it happened in monterrey'

Louis Prima's pennies from heaven can't help but put me in a good mood.

Leon Redbone & Zooey Deschanel's version of 'baby, it's cold outside'

Esthero - 'my torture', 'gone', 'melancholy melody'

Ani DiFranco - '32 Flavors'

pearl jam - 'man of the hour'

frente! - bizzare love triangle

hole - violet

veruca salt - volcano girls

yeah yeah yeah's - maps, date with the night

tegan & sara - walking with a ghost, back in your head

arctic monkeys - dancefloor

M.I.A - paperplanes, swagger like us (with T.I)

311 - amber

Uffy - pop the glock (it's like a barbie doll valley girl decided to rap...it has a nice beat though and the comedy of it makes me happy)

goldfrapp - ooh la la, strict machine, happiness

mr. oizo - flat beat

bob sinclair - I feel for you (original mix club version)

Sébastien Tellier - La Ritournelle (Remix)

gotan project - epoca

Cassius - Cassius 99 (Remix / Radio Edit)

Charlotte Gainsbourg - 5:55

santogold - creator, lights out

DJ Blaqstarr - shake it to the ground (switch & santogold mix)

le tigre - deceptacon, don't drink poison

meshell ndegiocello - beautiful, fool of me

royksopp - remind me, what else is there?
