i own a co-op and put down 10% ... it was still a lot for me.

We put down 20% on our condo back in 2008 and I think we're going to refinance soon!

We used an AMAZING mortgage broker. He helped us with our first home and now with the house. He is just fabulous. Let me know if you want his info!

We own a few but the last two didnt really matter how much u put down then so we put down 20% on those back in the day

We just purchased our final home & we put down 35% on that one.
