??? For the brides that took pictures before the ceremony

We took our pics before the ceremony. So the order of our day was:

Me at mom's
Seeing Each other
Pictures of the bride and groom
Ceremony
Family/group shots
Reception

We are not sure if we want the album in that order or layed out as if we went the tradional route where the pictures of the bride and groom come after the ceremony.

I was wondering what other couples did?

we did pics before but the album lay out is traditional
that is what the planner recommended and it made sense so we have for example pics of me and my parents, me alone, him alone then the ceremony then the together ones......

I am not sure. One of my favorite photos is right before Scott and I saw each other so I cannot imagine putting that AFTER the ceremony photos, but I cannot be sure yet. Post this question for the photographers on the vendor board too.

That was the exact order that we took ours in, except it was me getting ready, instead of me at my parent's. The best pics that we have of DH's and my time together before the ceremony!! It was awesome!

We had a few pics of me in the bridal suite alone-those were first, then us seeing eachother, then ceremony, then groups, BP, etc, Pretty much the order that we did it in. I love our before ceremony pics & they were early in the morning.

I think I want my album to document my day not the way MOST people schedule it so I would put them in the order they were taken.

too funny - I was just thinking about this yesterday! I still can't decide what to do, but I'm leaning towards the traditional lay out.

Stef.... I agree!! We did take pics. before & photographer suggested the traditional order, but I am not 100% sure yet. To me, it is not really how our day happened then, so I may want it in the order in which it occured.

we had a similar schedule and we posted a little bit out of order from what our day was like...but still put our meeting before the ceremony

me shots
DH shots
ceremony
family
BP(ceremony was really after this section)
reception

I would definitely put our meeting before the ceremony I am just not sure I want the ceremony pictures towards the middle of the album. I think that was the most important part of the day but it's also not the way the day happend.

Just wanted to add that I'm going to wait til I meet with my photographer to see what he suggests. It's hard - you don't want to change the order of the day, but you want the pictures to flow too!
