what are you doing with it? Throwing it out? Giving it away? Cutting it up?

Re: For those of you NOT preserving your dress.
Im not doing this, but my mother took her wedding gown and sewed a christening gown that we were all christened in.... (my sister just chrisened her 3 month old in the same dress...)
I thought that was cool b/c now its a a family heirloom

That's a great idea! But I'm Jewish. No christening's here.
Perhaps I can cut it up and make it into Yarmulkes

I still don't know what to do with it! It's been hanging in my closet for the past 2 months. I don't know if I can get rid of it (I still feel attached to it). I'm thinking it'll be in my closet for a while longer.

I have no idea! It's hanging on the back of one of our closets in the bedroom!
Maybe you could have it turned into a baby blanket!? That's something I've considered..

IM keeping my dress and it will probably be preserved, but i want to do day after pics so I wont preserve it yet.
My MIL made me purse and garter out of her dress for the wedding so I may do this later on in life
