SparkPeople is a total health management site, but especially geared towards weightloss. It's free to join, and you can track your meal intake and exercise on it. There are emails that go out to you from SP about diet and exercise tips/techniques. Right now (starting today, actually) they have a Boot Camp Team (if you look at the LIW team page, I have it marked as a 'sticky topic'). Every day you get the new exercise video (each is about 10 min), and they give you a set of goals/guidelines to follow for 30 days.

Yeah that was me - I wasnt sure bc I was able to post but at that time LIW NW wasnt showing up as a 'Team' on my list - thanks!
