Four in Melville

So my other married friend calls me lst minute and tells me her Dh is in FL 4 the wknd w/his Dad and she is bored would I PLEAZ join her out for some drinks.

Mind u my DH is SO kewl that he told me to go b w/my friend but to b home at a reasonable hour

With all good intent we go to Four in Melville. The last time I had went there was 2 yrs ago - I am bit out of the circuit. The place was still fairly new so it was not OUT of CONTROL where it was last night.

Seriously girls I could not get out of there FAST enough! A Dj come on about 12 midnight to the point where you can't hear yourself think!

I never seen more Steroid freaks all in one place at one time. It was like a total gindaloon convention and I couldn't enjoy a glass of wine and catch up w/my GF to save our lives!


Before I arrived I was thinking oh it is nice to get out w/out my DH and do girl time- since I really haven't since our wedding or longer
Than once I arrived all I could think of is why did I even bother to come out - and I am feeling sorry for all these single girls putting up w/this horrible meat market.

I told my GF we don't belong here - Let's boogie out!
and I was instantly reminded of how happy I am to be married to my hubby!

it really is unreal how much silicone, collagen, gel, and fake tans you find there! its a fun lounge to hang out at, but the 'fakies' there make it suuck.

the best time to go there---is before the DJ shows up--like 930 or 10--because its not too crowded just yet. but yeah the last time i was there---and we were leaving as the DJ just set up--i was telling my DH 'i am soooooooooooo glad that i don't have to go to a place like this to try and find a guy anymore'
