I was contemplating trying my pasta roller that I got with my KitchenAid mixer, but I am a little intimidated. I have no idea how involved it will be.
Has anyone tried this? And was it worth the hassle (if it was a hassle)?

I love fresh pasts but I never have made it myself. I just got a brand new KitchenAid 2 weeks ago and I am dying to buy all the extra attachments. Let me know how it comes out.

Alright, I'll be the guinea pig. I feel like it will resemble an 'I Love Lucy' episode!
I'll give it a try in a couple of weeks. Our kitchen is under construction...I don't even have a sink right now!

we've made fresh pasta a bunch of times with our kitchen aid. We use it primarily for making the dough (mixing and kneading), but we roll it out in our pasta maker - we've made ravioli more than anything else.
