Thanks everybody for listening to my never-ending saga!! I'm so glad that I was able to get a chuckle out of everybody! My wonderful hubby told me that we can bring the furniture over this weekend!!! I'm not going to hold my breath, but who knows, maybe he finally got the hint! Either that or he''s sick of hearing my mouth!!! LOL :-)
LisaW, we also did the mattress on the floor thing (his grandmother's old mattress and it was full-size to boot), but after 2 months of constant backaches, me being pushed off the thing, and his snoring in my ear, I RAN to Sleepy's and got a new queen-size mattress/boxspring. He still snores, but at least I have room to push him to the other side of the bed!!! :-)

Another weekend, no furniture. But in all fairness to him, it wasn't entirely his fault. Maybe 99%, LOL :-)
My sister came over w/my nephew & she was staying in my old room and there was no way we could move furniture around them, plus she didn't come in w/her minivan and he couldn't get anybody else to help. So, he asked me what I want for my b'day next week, and guess what I asked for?? At this point, whatever....
