So here is my update-
I went to Pain Management in regards to my back (the work trip definitely did not help)
I am going to be in the hospital for a lumbar epidural on April 9...I am scared of needles so this should be not so fun.

I will feel better and get back into the swing of things-I got some major trials to get cracking on!
Luckily my physical therapy is going well-we are starting some light cardio. My L4 disc is basically gone and slightly torn, so hopefully with some success with these injections, I will be able to avoid major surgery, and I really think this is a possibility.
My wonderful DH will be with me for my procedure. My amazing MOH is also coming with me-our close friend who passed away 5 years ago is buried right by the hospital, so we are going to put some flowers down for him and pray.

Hi Michelle... One of my co-workers has had that procedure and it's been helpful for her... it may not be a permanent fix, but it will help!!! Good Luck!!!! ![]()

I hate needles too .... but hopefully if you don't watch them do it, it won't be so bad. Plus, its not like giving blood where there's no relief intended (just more tests) -- this one should help!
