Getting Ready to Make an Offer on a House in Babylon

We found a house we love in the Frederic Shores area of Babylon, and are getting ready to make an offer. It probably won't go through, since it's a short sale, but you never know.

Do any of you have an engineer you can recommend to check out the house, before we move forward?

Al Trioli at engineer

he just did our home inspection last month and we liked him.
