We don't have any pets yet - we'll probably get a cat (or hopefully cats) maybe soon - we have his sister's wedding in Atlanta in August so we think maybe we should wait till after that
I'd love to get a dog but, they're so much work esp. if we're not home much, plus, we can't agree on one...I want a tiny little 5-10 pounder - he wants a German Shepherd.

I'm still trying to get back into real life after all the wedding planning and stuff (I'm actually pretty sad that it's over)

We just bought our first home in a suburb of Dallas. I love be a homeowner and sitting in my backyard and just relaxing, but I definately miss being able to walk to the bars and Starbucks when we lived in the city!

I love theatre and dance. I play the piano and am working on how to teach myself how to play the guitar.

Edited to add that I also traveled around Italy with Pam (oneday), who just posted above me, while in college and we bumped into each other on these boards a while back!

We're not TTC for another few years.

DH and I are the same age and born on the same exact day! People always think we are teenagers and that we are brother and sister!!!!

Together we like fixing up the house, going to the beach (he can surf and I can relax), walking, traveling when we can, Montauk, and whatever else daily life brings us!

I like to read, cook (we're both vegetarian), and be on the computer! I currently work in a school with physically handicapped children and do some homecare with the birth to three population. I'm a Hofstra grad. Also, I teach a computer group of women about digital imaging, computer use/troubleshooting (Mac and PC), and digital video.

Hi- I'm Jenn (obviously) and I'll be 25 in October. I grew up in West Babylon and recently bought a house in Centereach. I'm a financial analyst for Publishers Clearing House and believe me, I wish I could hook us all up. I hope to go back to school to be a high school social studies teacher soon, though.

I love to read, travel, bake and work out. Too bad those last two contradict each other.

DH's name is Patrick and he's an electronic engineer. He plays the guitar and bowls in a pretty competitive league.

We have a cocker spaniel named Jake. He's our baby for now.

Oh...we'll be married 2 years this month. Our honeymoon was a cruise to Grand Cayman, Cozumel, and New Orleans.

Harry and I bought our first (and hopefully last) home in September '02 and we have been doing things around here since then. OUr current project is to paint the craft room and get the desk and orgainzing shelves out up. I LOVE to scrapbook! When Im not working on that I have a little side business that keeps me busy!!

My DH is into music and tells me everyday that he is adding to his collection. I think by now he has something like 50,000 songs!! LOL...I cant keep up with it! He also loves to play Counter Strike (some sort of stratigical man, shoot 'em up game!! )

We recently became and Aunt and Uncle. My sister and BIL had thier first baby and she is a beauty (if I do say so myself!!)

Harry and I have some fish but hopefully we will be getting a cat!!

This is a FANTASTC thread!! Not only did I get to know some that I didnt know, I learned something about some of the gals that I already know!

I grew up in Patchogue and DH grew up in Oyster Bay, where we now live. We met on the internet in a chat room called LIOver30 in May of 1996. Our first date was a week long. We went on vacation together!!! I guess you could say things worked out.

This is my second marriage and his first. He tells me that he was waiting for me.
I have two children Dawn, 25 and Scott 19 (he lives with us) and a granddaughter Alexis, 7. We love to travel and will be spending Thanksgiving this year in Disney World with my kids and granddaughter.
