Gift question for new moms

I'm looking for a thoughtful gift for a mom to be. My oldest friend is having her first baby soon. I looked at her registry and the bigger items (strollers, etc) have already been purchased. So I figured that I would go the more sentimental route. Any ideas? Price range $150 ish.

I, personally, LOVE those willow tree figurines! How precious. My cousin got me one for my wedding and I'm just so in love with it. They have them for all occasions (including New Parents/New Baby).

Personally I LOVED my moms one gift. She got me a photo package at Kiddie Kandids. We went just a few days after our son was born and I LOVE those pics, because our hospital pics were so bad lol

My sister got a gift card to kiddie kandids when she had her baby and she really liked that. I also got a friend a gift cert to a photog that comes to the house and takes pics there - I might be able to find the info if you are interested.

Maybe you can her something to pamper herself like a temperpedic pillow or a gift certificate to a spa or something and make her a frame for a photo of her when she's first holding her new baby (or have one made) .
