Can anyone tell me of any coops in queens that allow a 10% downpayment?

hmm i don't know if there are to many - mine wanted 20% down nothing less - i think that is pretty standard with co-ops

I'm pretty sure mine is 20%, I'm in peartree gardens but I highly recommend you contact an agent to work with you. You don't pay them and they'll be able to tell you which co-ops require a 10% downpayment.

Yes there are a couple- Rocky Hill in Bayside, Glen Oaks, Alley Pond, and Estates at Bayside

I'm actually selling mine in Rocky HIll Terrace, and yes they only require 10% down. Pics in profile. We just lowered the price too. Let me know if you'd like to come see it!

B - My bro was looking around and he was requested to bring 20%.. They are very strick about the downpayment...

Glen Oaks is only 10%.
On the plus side Glen Oaks allows you to build up (dormer) if you are on the top floor and certain apartments have a reclaimable basement. You can also have pets!!!!
