if you have the one that also makes cold drinks, can you use and k-cup to make a cold drink or do you only use the ones for cold? probably a very stupid question but i've finally set ours up and i'm pretty much in love with it.

I was just buying some k cups in BBB today and I saw some for ice tea drinks.. so I would assume so too.

i actually called their customer service. apparently you can use any to make cold drinks but the ones for cold drinks should only be cold drinks. so i'm still kind of confused lol.

thats because the ones for cold drinks were made for the machines that don't make cold drinks. Since your machine makes cold drinks you can use any K-Cup in it. In mine however if I want to make iced coffee I need to use the Brew Over Ice because they are adjusted strength wise for over ice.
