aiiiiii....that seems to be going around. I get like that from time to time as well but the best is to take it easy, breathe, or take a walk or something. We are here for you if you need to vent

oh i hear ya Ali! I'm sooo sick of what i'm doing. But yet, I'm a scaredy cat to attempt to do something else - and what that something else is, i have no clue!
