good haircut/salon in Queens??

can anyone recommend a good place to get a haircut in queens? (I live in glendale, but anywhere in queens is fine).

My hair is really long right now and has NO shape to it.... It looks bad straight or curly lol. I am scared of getting my haircut cause they always cut it too short, etc.

I want to keep it long but have like shorter layers to make it have body... does that make sense? Do you ladies have any pics of this type of haircut so I can go into a salon with something?

The person I go to works out of her house in Astoria/Jackson Heights. She is really good. She did my hair for the wedding as well. You can look in my album for my NW chop pics. She actually just moved to Glendale but I dont know if she'll also be working out of that house. FM me if you want info

Super Cuts on 71st Continental on Forest Hills. If you are looking for a quick trim, simple cut/style, split ends for a low-cost haircut or you know exactly what you want. No fuss & quick service. You've found the place! There's also a salon across the street right before Five Boroughs Restaurant but I've never been there. Or if you want a higher end salon, there is a Aveda salon on queens blvd right across the street from the post office on rego park.

I get my hair done @ John Saccente Hair Designs, on Forest Avenue right of Myrtle Avenue. Maria does my hair. I get a single process color and a cut for $80.

7006 Forest Ave
Ridgewood, NY 11385
(718) 821-6147

Also, a bit more pricey but good place when you want to change styles is where I got my hair and makeup done for my wedding:

V's Hair Lounge
6299 Forest Ave
Ridgewood, NY 11385
(718) 381-1976?
