Thanks ladies! I'm so sad he's gone. And we're coming up on Thursday this week... would've been my first time seeing him since August (my first trip to NY since August). I saw him scamper around a little on my dad's side of the video chat we do all the time. Apparently his kidney failure was so bad there was no option. He was in so much pain.

First my mom has kidney failure then my dad's cat. My mom got a transplant from my aunt, but my dad's cat was an orphan so there was no one to give him a kidney. Poor little guy. He lived a great life, though. My dad and step mom treated him like royalty!

and that is what you can always hold on to...that he had a great life, was spoiled as all cats should be, and your dad was able to stop his pain and he is in kitty heaven playing and feeling good...or as DH refers to it (Kitty Litter Heaven)....hang in there!

Oh no Sandra, I'm so sorry. I still cry over Angel, so I definitely know how hard it is.
