Got my new passport today - with my married name

FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY! I am 100% DONE changing my name on everything

men have it so damn easy!

The only thing I have left to do is change the title for my car.

dleeny, did you have to pay anything extra to change your name, or supply a new picture?

I only got my passport a couple of months ago, I don't want to go through paying for it again.

if it's been a year or less since your passport was issued, you can get a new one for free. BUT, you will need to have new pics taken and get a copy of your marriage cert. you should not send anyone your original marriage cert! a copy costs $10 and you can get it from the Town Hall that issued your cert.
